Job summary

G4Coastal is seeking a Litigation Support Manager in Boca Raton, FL. Open to full-time or contract, you will oversee active litigation matters, manage eDiscovery workflows, and serve as the primary client contact. You will advise on litigation technology and workflows, and collaborate with attorneys, forensic specialists, and accounting on budgets and billing.

You will help organize case data, ensure data integrity, and drive efficiency across the litigation support function as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, legal managed services or legal project management.
• Proficiency in document review and document management within litigation or legal managed services environments.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, legal technology platforms and data management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to clients and attorneys.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Comfort working with billing, budgets and financial details alongside an accounting team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active litigation matters, managing timelines, deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage eDiscovery workflows and coordinate document review for active matters.
• Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on litigation technology, tools and workflows, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, forensic experts and staff to organize data and evidentiary materials.
