FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a proactive Litigation Support Manager to lead the firm’s eDiscovery and litigation support team. You will guide technical strategy, ensure defensible workflows, and collaborate with attorneys on complex matters across the firm.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in eDiscovery with leadership experience, strong technical acumen in tools like Relativity and TrialDirector, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management.
• Knowledge of EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
• Proficiency with listed litigation support tools and platforms.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the firm’s Litigation Support Team, including staffing and coaching.
• Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation and technical guidance to attorneys and staff.
• Partner with case teams to assess needs and translate processes into guidance.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, production, and review tooling.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing models, and vendor relationships.
• Identify deficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Support budgeting and technology planning for litigation tools with CIO.
• Develop and deliver training on litigation support technologies.
• Stay aware of AI tools and their appropriate use in litigation.
• Perform billable litigation support work (~500-650 hours annually).
