Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP, a national law firm serving middle-market companies, seeks a Litigation Support Manager to lead a skilled team and deliver defensible eDiscovery services across matters. You will guide case teams, set standards, and manage workflows and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality support for attorneys and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in eDiscovery with leadership experience, proficiency in TrialDirector, Relativity, CaseMap/TimeMap, Viewpoint, and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Litigation Support Team, including staffing coordination and professional development.
• Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for secure, defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation and technical guidance to attorneys and staff throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Assess project needs with case teams and translate technical processes into clear guidance.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, reporting, and document production.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing models, and vendor relationships to support delivery and competitiveness.
• Identify workflow deficiencies and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Support budgeting and technology planning with CIO, including training programs.
