FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Litigation Support Manager to lead a talented team delivering innovative eDiscovery services across the firm. This role combines technical leadership with strategic thinking to support attorneys and clients on complex matters.

The ideal candidate brings strong eDiscovery experience, judgment, and a service-oriented leadership style, with a track record of improving processes and ensuring defensible, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management experience, required.
• Knowledge of the EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
• Proficiency with litigation support platforms such as TrialDirector, CaseMap/TimeMap, Viewpoint, Relativity, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel within the firm’s footprint and work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the firm’s Litigation Support Team with staffing, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for secure, defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation and technical guidance to attorneys, paralegals, and professionals.
• Partner with case teams to assess needs and translate processes into guidance.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows including data management, searching, and production.
• Monitor industry trends and vendor relationships to ensure competitive solutions.
• Identify workflow deficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Support budgeting and technology planning with CIO.
• Deliver training on litigation support technologies.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies, including AI tools.
