Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Litigation Support Manager to lead a capable team and advance defensible eDiscovery services firm‑wide. You will oversee workflows, provide expert guidance to attorneys, and drive process improvements across the litigation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in eDiscovery with leadership experience, strong technical skills, and a client‑focused, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management.
• Familiarity with EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s Litigation Support Team, including staffing, coaching, and professional development.
• Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation and technical guidance to attorneys and staff across the litigation lifecycle.
• Partner with case teams to assess project needs and translate technical processes into clear guidance.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, reporting, production, trial support, and TAR tools.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing models, and vendor relationships to support service delivery.
• Identify deficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support budgeting and technology planning for litigation tools with CIO alignment.
• Develop and deliver training programs on litigation support technologies and services.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies, including AI tools, for litigation use.
• Perform billable litigation support work as needed, ~500–650 hours annually.
