Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency with electronic discovery tasks using Relativity. You will combine legal experience with technology to advise on discovery strategies and ensure production compliance.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, scripting, and collaboration with attorneys and client agencies. A strong background in Relativity and eDiscovery lifecycle is essential, with US citizenship preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery/Litigation support experience.
Advanced knowledge of Relativity front end and back end.
Ability to generate PowerShell scripts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specs; participate in teleconferences as needed.
Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and provide detailed notices of deficiencies.
Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
Provide input on technology options for responding to discovery.
Maintain standard procedures for ED discovery and litigation support across cases.
Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
Stay informed about new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
Generate PowerShell scripts and support Case Map / Text Map databases.
