Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency, providing electronic discovery technical support and strategic guidance using Relativity.

You will work with attorneys, support staff, and client agencies to ensure compliant productions, develop analytics, and create PowerShell scripts; thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while advancing discovery processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and engage with clients and co-counsel as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and manage Active Learning projects.
• Create and troubleshoot Case Map/Text Map databases and scripts to improve workflows.
• Provide input on technology options to support discovery.
• Maintain standard eDiscovery procedures across cases.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on emerging eDiscovery tools and processes.
• Generate PowerShell scripts and automate workflows.
• Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements.
