Job summary

CGS, Contact Government Services, seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency by applying legal experience and Relativity expertise to processing, review, and production workflows. You will consult with attorneys, design analytics approaches, create PowerShell scripts, and ensure compliance with ESI specifications while guiding cross‑functional teams.

Required: 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity knowledge, US citizenship, undergraduate degree; law degree or

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and, as required, participate in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Responsible for ensuring productions are made per ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options to respond to discovery.
• Ensures standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are applied.
• Creates statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Stays abreast of emerging eDiscovery technologies.
• Maintains knowledge of available software applications.
• Contributes to briefings on new technology and process improvements.
• Generates PowerShell scripts.
• Creates/supports Case Map / Text Map databases.
