Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency by providing electronic discovery technical support and strategic guidance using Relativity. You will work with attorneys, support staff, and client agencies to ensure compliant and efficient ESI processing, analytics, and productions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery services for large, complex cases
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
• Active Learning experience and hands-on analytics in Relativity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team player who can work independently and manage relationships
• Undergraduate degree required; law degree or related graduate degree preferred; US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences with clients and opposing counsel
• Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorney of deficiencies
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity
• Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity
• Provides input on technology options to respond to discovery
• Ensures standard procedures for electronic discovery across cases
• Creates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging ediscovery technology and processes
• Maintains knowledge of available software applications in the field
• Contributes to briefings on new technology and process improvements
• Generates PowerShell scripts
• Creates/supports Case Map / Text Map databases
