Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to provide electronic discovery support for a large federal agency. You will guide processing, analytics, and production using Relativity, collaborating with attorneys and staff to ensure compliance with ESI specifications.

The role requires 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, strong Relativity expertise, PowerShell scripting, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning in Relativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in conferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and maintain Active Learning projects.
• Create and troubleshoot Case Map and Text Map databases.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
