Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency with electronic discovery and Relativity-based strategies. You will collaborate with attorneys and client agencies to ensure compliant productions, perform advanced analytics, and drive process improvements across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity skills, and the ability to generate PowerShell scripts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced Relativity experience (front end and back end).
• Able to generate complex PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and manage Active Learning projects.
• Create PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
• Develop and deliver statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
