Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead in a full-time capacity to support a large federal agency. The role demands extensive Relativity expertise, strong litigation support background, and the ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end.

You will analyze proceedings, coordinate with attorneys, produce compliant ESI deliveries, and guide technology choices for discovery. Public Trust eligibility and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to write complex PowerShell scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Learning and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to plan and organize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and staff on ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences with counsel and agencies.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify deficiencies with detailed notices.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity and maintains case databases.
• Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options to respond to discovery challenges.
• Maintains standard procedures across the life of each case and project.
• Generates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Keeps current on emerging eDiscovery tech and processes.
• Develops and supports Case Map/Text Map databases and related tooling.
