Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to provide advanced analytics and Relativity support for a federal agency, guiding processing, review, and production workflows.

You will consult with attorneys, ensure adherence to ESI specifications, develop PowerShell scripts, and lead case projects with strong communication and organizational skills in a full-time role within CGS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Active Learning expertise preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and troubleshoot Active Learning projects.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
• Stay current with new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
