Job summary

Eaton's North America Sales - Distributed Infrastructure Technology (DIT) division seeks a National Account Manager, Ecommerce to develop and execute omnichannel sales strategies across ecommerce and retail partners. You will lead strategic relationships with Amazon and other national retailers, driving revenue growth and market share.

You will collaborate with product management, marketing, supply chain, and sales leadership to align customer strategies with Eaton's omnichannel growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, omnichannel sales, marketing, or national account management.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience managing strategic national accounts across ecommerce, marketplace, and brick-and-mortar channels.
• Proven success developing and executing consumer/customer business plans and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic omnichannel business plans for assigned ecommerce accounts to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives.
• Own customer relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts; serve as Eaton's primary commercial contact.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, promotions, ecommerce initiatives, and digital merchandising.
• Lead annual and joint business planning processes with customers; drive revenue growth.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
• Develop pricing, promotions, and omnichannel strategies across digital and physical channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, supply chain, and operations to improve execution.
• Travel up to 25% for customer meetings, reviews, events, and planning activities.
