Job summary
Revision Skincare is actively seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager, Ecommerce to develop and grow our online retail partnerships. You will own the day-to-day relationship with assigned ecommerce accounts, driving revenue and executing joint business plans with cross-functional teams.
You will collaborate with marketing, digital commerce, operations, supply chain, and finance to launch products, optimize digital shelf performance, and maximize account profitability through data-driven
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales, account management, or ecommerce experience.
- Experience managing complex ecommerce or omnichannel customer relationships.
- Strong business planning, negotiation, and digital merchandising skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute Joint Business Plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Skincare/beauty brand experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for ecommerce accounts.
- Develop account growth strategies and promotional calendars.
- Lead execution of ecommerce initiatives, launches, content, and campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources for seamless execution.
- Monitor performance and implement action plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Operations, and Finance.
