Job summary

N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to strategically manage and expand broker relationships across the East Zone. The role involves coordinating with underwriters, leveraging broker systems, and driving new business opportunities in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate is based in the NY/NJ area and will engage with top brokers, manage target accounts, and develop data-driven insights while traveling as needed to industry events and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience required.
• Strong distribution & marketing background.
• Ability to gather and analyze data.
• Self-motivated to complete work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Generating New Business Opportunities that fit into N2G’s appetite.
• Manage the Target Account Process with Marsh’s Market Connect, AON’s Risk View, AJ Gallagher’s Smart Market, and Willis data.
• Interact with key Brokers on Target Account follow-ups.
• Coordinate between internal teams and brokers to ensure alignment.
• Create Broker PowerPoint Presentations highlighting N2G’s Value Proposition.
• Hold Bi-Annual Broker Overviews with Tier 1 Northeast and Southeast Brokers.
• Attend and sponsor Insurance Industry Events in the East Zone.
• Create new Broker Agreements for new appointments.
• Develop Broker Dashboards and data reporting with analytics and IT teams.
• Implement Account Stewardship for accounts over $500,000 in total premium.
