AIG seeks a Multinational Zonal Lead for the Northeast Zone to drive performance and client service excellence across the U.S. multinational portfolio. You will manage a team, engage stakeholders, and execute targeted programs in alignment with global strategies and regional growth plans.

Ideal candidates have extensive insurance experience with broker-facing roles, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of multinational programs. Office-based role with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance experience in client & broker facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of multinational programs and fronting concepts.
• Experience with captive reinsurance/global fronting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Multinational Client Executives and Coordinators.
• Engage stakeholders to promote the multinational value proposition.
• Design, develop and execute targeted multinational programs.
• Expand AIG Multinational presence across the U.S. market.
• Represent AIG as central point of Multinational client and program management.
• Manage Tier 1 and 2 multinational portfolios with product and distribution teams.
• Lead pre- and post-bind activities and ensure SLA adherence.
• Drive execution of the multinational strategy within the zone.
• Develop zonal business plans aligned to goals and strategy.
