This pivotal role involves developing and executing a distribution strategy, managing relationships with target agents, and leading a high-performance team of underwriters. Candidates should have 7–10 years in commercial insurance, including leadership experience in Business Development or Underwriting, alongside a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a full-time, fully remote arrangement and comprehensive benefits including medical and 401K plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial insurance experience (Technology, Life Sciences, or Specialty lines strongly preferred).
• Distribution, Business Development, or Underwriting leadership experience required.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30–50%).
