• Strong business acumen with understanding of strategy, metrics, and priorities.
• Proven ability to develop or improve executive-level presentations and communications.
• Comfort using AI tools to synthesize information and draft first versions.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Customer Experience Officer, prioritizing needs and advancing priorities.
• Prepare and review executive materials, slides, talking points, and Q&A for leadership meetings.
• Leverage AI tools to structure presentations, summarize data, and sharpen narratives.
• Support budget reviews, forecasts, and connect CX investments to outcomes.
• Manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel, meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring context and follow-up.
