Job summary

BambooHR is seeking an in-office Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Experience Officer at our Draper, UT headquarters. The role partners closely with the CXO to shape strategy, prepare executive-ready materials, and ensure timely decisions across the customer organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Executive Partnership: Anticipate needs and advance priorities for the Chief Customer Experience Officer.
• Executive Presentations and Communications: Prepare board and executive presentations, synthesize information into clear narratives, and create summaries, talking points, and Q&A.
• AI and Customer Intelligence: Use approved AI tools to improve executive work and synthesize feedback to identify themes and issues.
• Business and Financial Support: Understand CX budgets and metrics; support budget reviews and link investments to outcomes.
• Executive Operations and Customer Readiness: Manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel and meetings, capture decisions, and drive follow-through.
