• Produce and distribute the weekly Market Snapshot Report.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain business correspondence, records, and files.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, document key decisions, and prepare action item summaries.
• Coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Create and edit professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
• Support sales and leadership teams with data collection and reporting needs.
