Job summary
Axon is seeking an Account Executive for its Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions). Remote in territory, must live within 1 hour of a major airport. Territory: Northeast. Travel: 60% minimum. Reports to Sales Director.
You will develop deep technical understanding, partner with the broader Axon sales team, generate leads, and execute account strategy to deliver stronger value propositions while tracking activity in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
- Willing to travel 60% within territory.
- Strong knowledge of drones, cloud and virtualization.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products for law enforcement.
- Partner with the sales team to sell Air as a distinct offering.
- Generate leads using alerts, RFPs and other sources.
- Be customer-centric, map accounts and build relationships.
- Collaborate on account strategy to deliver stronger value propositions.
- Forecasts, update management, monitor competitor activity, feed marketing.
- Track customer activity in Salesforce and other systems.
