Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter‑drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement agencies across the West territory. You will partner with the Key Account Leader to deploy drone and related solutions, navigating multi‑stakeholder procurement processes and delivering real‑time operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel 60%+ within territory.
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.
• Startup experience and vertical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program to sell Air.
• Leverage alerts, RFP requests, and other sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
• Be customer-centric, build contact networks, and establish relationships to drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Forecast, manage accounts, track competitor activity, and provide feedback to marketing.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and internal systems to identify opportunities.
