Job summary

soar-restaurants-sonic seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner in Rowlett, TX to lead and manage drive-in operations and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards in an exempt role.

You will recruit, train, and supervise teams, forecast labor and inventory, oversee vendor performance, and drive local marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Minimum expectations include long hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead staff.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening and/or closing duties and handle guest issues/concerns.
• Forecast and control food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure adherence to standards and service.
• Maintain all drive-in recordkeeping and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage action plans for local marketing and business performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the drive-in and equipment; supervise vendors.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws; ensure regular attendance.
