Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws (federal, state, local) and health and safety regulations.
• Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving, multi-tasking, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Supervise and manage all drive-in operations for optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening/closing duties and guest/employee issues escalations.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, paper, and inventory for cost-control and quality.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain drive-in records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and performance improvement actions.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in equipment and compliance with policies and laws.
