Job summary

soar-restaurants-sonic is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner in Roanoke, TX to lead and manage restaurant operations and staff, ensuring top guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), strong leadership, and solid knowledge of labor and safety laws. Regular shifts, high-volume operations, and accountability for performance are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage compensation levels pursuant to company guidelines.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Address guest issues/concerns and employee concerns.
• Plan and control food, labor, and inventory to optimize costs and quality.
