Job summary

Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) seeks a strategic, relationship-focused Individual Giving Manager to drive mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving. You will design cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans to grow and retain a portfolio of donors across these streams.

You will identify rising donors from grassroots, events, and annual giving, translate passion into support, craft donor-centric communications, and manage moves management in our CRM to boost retention

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business- or social services-related field.
At least 3 years fundraising and public relations experience in nonprofit.
Familiar with CRM platforms to track moves management metrics.
Understanding of basic planned giving vehicles; CFRE preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for mid-level donors and planned gifts.
Identify rising donors from grassroots, events, and annual giving to expand higher-tier giving.
Advance legacy programs including bequests and trusts through planning conversations.
Draft donor communications: appeal letters, impact updates, proposals, and stewardship messages.
Use CRM tools to track donor interactions and optimize retention.
