Job summary

Seattle Arts & Lectures (SAL) is seeking an Individual Giving & Engagement Manager to lead SAL’s donor program. The role manages a portfolio of ~100 donors with qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, while guiding SAL’s annual giving campaigns toward a $500,000 goal.

Collaborating with the Development Director and Executive Director, you will maintain data, moves management rhythms, and fundraising analytics to drive informed decisions and donor growth.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of direct experience managing an individual donor portfolio.
• Experience developing and executing annual giving campaigns.
• Ability to analyze donor data and fundraising results to inform strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for donor meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 donors with qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Lead annual giving campaigns toward a $500,000 goal.
• Coordinate donor stewardship, recognition, and reporting with the Development team.
• Maintain CRM records, donor lists, dashboards, and fundraising reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan meetings, solicitations, and follow-through.
