Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) seeks a strategic, relationship-focused Individual Giving Manager to drive mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving. You will design cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans to grow and retain a portfolio of donors across these streams.
You will identify rising donors from grassroots, events, and annual giving, translate passion into support, craft donor-centric communications, and manage moves management in our CRM to boost retention
SARRC is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Individual Giving Manager to power our mission of advancing research and providing lifelong support for individuals with autism and their families.
In this role, you will lead high-impact strategy across two vital funding streams: mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving. You will be the architect of a sustainable individual donor pipeline while translating donor passion into meaningful support through authentic relationship building, data-informed outreach, and inspiring stewardship.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Ability to flex schedule for evening and weekend availability as needed
