Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) in Phoenix is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving programs. You will architect a sustainable donor pipeline with relationship-building, data-informed outreach, and thoughtful stewardship.
You will design cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans, manage moves management metrics in our CRM, and collaborate across teams to grow and retain donors.

In this role, you will lead high-impact strategy across two vital funding streams: mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving. You will be the architect of a sustainable individual donor pipeline while translating donor passion into meaningful support through authentic relationship building, data-informed outreach, and inspiring stewardship.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Ability to flex schedule for evening and weekend availability as needed
