Job summary

Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) in Phoenix is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead mid-level giving and legacy/planned giving programs. You will architect a sustainable donor pipeline with relationship-building, data-informed outreach, and thoughtful stewardship.

You will design cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans, manage moves management metrics in our CRM, and collaborate across teams to grow and retain donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or social services.
• At least 3 years of fundraising/non-profit experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms to track moves management metrics.
• Understanding of basic planned giving vehicles and advisory councils.
• CFRE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy & Growth: design and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for mid-level donors and planned givers.
• Pipeline Development: identify rising donors and move them into higher-tier giving relationships.
• Legacy Program Advancement: raise awareness of planned giving options and guide conversations.
• Donor-Centric Communications: draft appeal letters, updates, proposals, and stewardship messages.
• Data & Workflow Management: use CRM tools to track interactions and optimize donor retention.
