Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, including Department of Defense contracting experience.

You will support DoD customers nationwide with scheduling leadership, EVMS integration, cost/schedule health checks, and planning in all acquisition phases. Travel up to 25% is required; US citizenship and ability to pass skills assessment may be needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling.
• Experience with DoD contracting.
• Experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and EVMS across all acquisition phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS – for Proposal Projects in line with scheduling policies.
• Develop/Baseline Resource Loaded IMS – for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain PM/EV management processes with data tracking.
