Job summary

Serco Inc. at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program within AFLCMC/WAG-AT.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access; background check current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in managing DoD Acquisition Programs, or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of actions that deliver and sustain USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development and integrating engineering, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, production and logistics support.
• Develops acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ programmatic decisions.
• Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions to government PMs in executing their projects.
• Lead development, coordination of RFP packages, J&A packages, Acquisition Plans and other efforts for new tech development contracts.
• Organize, plan, and moderate strategy and policy meetings among DoD organizations, service leads, SMEs, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for specific DoD-related technology development areas.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach modules for DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
