Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG-AT at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Role involves DoD anti-tamper program management, technology development, and cross-functional coordination across DoD and industry partners.

Responsibilities include acquisition planning, risk management, and leading RFP/J&A activity, with up to 10% travel. Candidates need TOP-SECRET clearance, SCI access, and 10–15+ years in DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Top-secret security clearance with SCI and SAP access requirements.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in DoD Acquisition Programs.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, testing, and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents for government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead in development and coordination of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans.
• Plan strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry leaders.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related tech development areas.
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners for technology development reviews.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of assets.
• Support Education and Outreach, and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course modules.
