Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager for the Special Programs Division to support DoD Anti-Tamper initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB.

You will oversee acquisition activities, manage cross‑functional teams, and interact with DoD and industry partners to advance technology development and deployment. Requirements include a Top‑Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s or Bachelor’s with substantial DoD program management experience, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Masters Degree with 10+ years in DoD Acquisition; or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, test, production, and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry partners.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech areas within service labs.
• Plan support for Foreign Military Sales where applicable.
• Engage with industry partners on technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Plan and execute transport, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach for curriculum updates and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
