Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Patient Experience (PX) principles, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Ability to interpret workforce and engagement data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Sets and communicates a clear PX strategy aligned with divisional and corporate priorities.
• Builds relationships and drives accountability among senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Understands how PX strategies connect to business objectives and operational realities.
• Manages expectations across functions and regions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads and communicates division-specific strategic priorities with corporate partners.
• Uses data and insights to identify trends and shape divisional action plans.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leadership to ensure accountability for PX performance and culture.
• Monitors PX performance at the divisional level and drives improvements.
• Partners with divisional and campus leaders to drive PX outcomes across markets.
• Oversees PX resources and guides performance enablement at campuses based on data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
