Job summary

AdventHealth OCALA is seeking a Senior Patient Experience Leader to drive campus PX strategies, translate enterprise priorities into local actions, and guide frontline teams through coaching and skills labs. You will partner with nursing, operations, and leadership to embed PX into daily work and measure patient and family feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5+ years in healthcare, and 3+ years in leadership; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
5+ years of healthcare/hospital experience is required.
3+ years of leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

Leads the creation and execution of PX action plans translating priorities into local outcomes.
Participates in rounding to capture real-time patient/family feedback and shares data.
Coaches and develops frontline staff through labs and real-time feedback.
Promotes a PX-first culture across the campus and recognizes frontline staff.
Fosters cross-department collaboration to embed PX in daily operations.
Co-designs improvement initiatives with patients/families and leadership.
Performs other duties as assigned.
