Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA) is seeking an Associate Vice President of Clinical Solutions to lead strategic relationships across hospital sites in the Tampa Bay area. This role directs care delivery initiatives, ensures KPI achievement, and partners with hospital leadership to align workflows, technology, and resources with PEA's vision.

The AVP will build robust teams, supervise operations, and drive growth while maintaining compliance and patient experience focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field. Master’s preferred.
• 5-7+ years hospital-based leadership experience.
• Experience in program management and provider relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships across sites to align with business objectives.
