Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Pharmacist license required for all states in District.
- 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally retail.
- 3+ years of experience leading others.
- Internal candidates must be accepted into the EL program.
Responsibilities
- Lead district pharmacy operations and people development.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and patient safety initiatives.
- Grow business through acquisitions, new stores and remodels.
- Set district priorities and coach Pharmacy Managers for results.
