Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to oversee clinical and business excellence across ~20 retail pharmacies with ~200 staff. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, drive patient safety, and lead initiatives to grow the business through acquisitions and new programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for licensure and practice.
• Active Pharmacist license in all applicable states.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, retail preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership; track record of coaching.
• Strong ability to set and meet performance goals.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate pharmacist talent pipeline and intern development.
• Lead district-wide staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Set and communicate district priorities and initiatives.
• Monitor and improve patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Grow business through acquisitions, stores, and remodels.
• Deliver timely performance reviews and coaching for Pharmacy Managers.
• Oversee market operations, audits, and inventory management.
