Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in applicable districts and states.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, retail setting preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pharmacy Managers and pharmacists across the district.
• Set district talent and staffing plans in partnership with store leadership.
• Oversee training programs and ensure timely coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive district performance metrics across patient safety, service, and compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions, remodels, and new stores.
