Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to oversee approximately 20 retail pharmacies and a ~200-person team. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, develop talent, and drive clinical and business performance while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead workforce planning, implement programs, and collaborate with regional leadership to grow the business through new stores, acquisitions, and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license in all states within the District.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Managers and develop interns, float and staff Pharmacists.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and timely payments of market Pharmacists.
• Set district priorities and coach teams to embrace changes.
• Improve district pharmacy performance with coaching and analytics.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance across pharmacies.
