Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to oversee clinical and business excellence across ~20 retail pharmacies with ~200 staff. You will coach Pharmacy Managers to deliver unparalleled patient care, grow top-line revenue, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the market.

You will lead talent pipelines, staffing, and development while partnering with store leadership to execute programs and services that keep communities healthy.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license required in all states within the District.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally in retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated ability to set and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Managers to deliver patient care and grow the business.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development across the district.
• Develop and execute district-level business plans and staffing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Drive financial performance including P&L, inventory, and payroll metrics.
