Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an experienced leadership professional to coach and mentor GM’s, AM’s and crew across store networks in Michigan. You will plan on-the-job coaching objectives, provide actionable feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to drive excellence.

The role focuses on identifying operational gaps, developing action plans, and leading market development activities to accelerate sales and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit.
• Provide suggestive on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills.
• Conduct Annual Performance Reviews.
• Provide positive, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Provide professional development and career track mentoring to GMs and AMs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Operational Excellence in all stores using structured approach.
• Reinforce execution of key company policies and standards.
• Identify and diagnose important operational gaps in underperforming stores.
• Develop formal action plans to resolve gaps.
• Coordinate field support resources (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator) where required.
• Take leadership role in Market Development to drive Sales growth.
