Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a coaching and mentoring leader to drive performance across GM/AM levels and retain high standards of store operations. You will plan field coaching, deliver constructive feedback, and support professional development while aligning with company policies.

You will also oversee financial and operational reviews, develop action plans for gaps, and coordinate cross-functional field resources to boost market growth and local store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching senior operations leaders (GM/AM) in retail or multi-unit environments.
• Ability to deliver timely, constructive feedback and career development guidance.
• Proven track record leading teams toward operational excellence and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on-the-job coaching objectives before store visits.
• Provide actionable coaching to GMs, AMs and crew to improve operations.
• Perform Annual Performance Reviews and track progress.
• Develop formal action plans to close operational gaps in underperforming stores.
• Coordinate with Field Trainers, HR and Operations Evaluators to support stores.
• Create concise financial and operational updates for leadership meetings.
• Lead market development activities to drive sales growth and LSM initiatives.
