The incumbent will reinforce policies, identify gaps, create action plans, and coordinate support resources to improve store performance and customer outcomes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and mentoring GM’s, AM’s and crew.
• Ability to conduct annual performance reviews.
• Provide positive, constructive and actionable feedback.
• Provide professional development and career mentoring to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational excellence across stores by enforcing policies and diagnosing gaps.
• Develop formal action plans and coordinate field resources when required.
• Review financial data and present insights to leadership.
• Prepare short executive presentations and communicate trends during meetings.
• Lead market development activities and drive local store marketing initiatives.
