The incumbent will lead on-the-job coaching plans, produce concise financial and operational analyses, and present weekly updates in leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• On-the-job coaching and mentoring for GMs, AMs, and crew.
• Annual performance reviews and actionable feedback.
• Develop professional development and career track mentoring for leaders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to derive insights and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan coaching objectives before each store visit.
• Provide constructive coaching and feedback to leadership and staff.
• Develop action plans to close operational gaps in underperforming stores.
• Coordinate with Field Trainer, HR, and Operations Evaluator as needed.
• Prepare short executive presentations to communicate trends and results.
• Lead market development efforts to drive sales growth in assigned markets.
