Responsibilities

Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit.
Provide on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills.
Conduct Annual Performance Reviews.
Provide positive, constructive, and actionable feedback.
Develop formal action plans to resolve gaps.
Coordinate field support resources when required.
Review key financial variables during store visits.
Analyze financial/operational data to derive insights.
Prepare executive presentations highlighting trends and results.
Present weekly updates at Market Leader and area GM meetings.
Ensure stores meet operating plan via P/L reviews.
Drive Local Store Marketing and market development activities.
Empower GMs to lead LSM initiatives and community relations.
