Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a leadership coach to guide GMs, AMs and crew through pre-planned coaching, on-the-job development and annual performance reviews, with actionable feedback to drive growth and career progression.

The role focuses on achieving operational excellence by reinforcing policies, identifying gaps, creating action plans, and coordinating field resources; it also supports market development and Local Store Marketing to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring leaders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to conduct annual performance reviews.
• Strong communication and feedback skills for actionable guidance.
• Ability to plan and execute development initiatives across markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit.
• Provide on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.
• Provide professional development and career track mentoring.
• Reinforce company policies and standards to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify ongoing operational gaps and develop formal action plans.
• Coordinate field resources (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator) as needed.
• Develop market plans and coordinate Local Store Marketing efforts.
