Banner Engineering, a leader in industrial automation, seeks a Territory Channel Manager to develop distributor partnerships and accelerate growth across regions. You will collaborate with Strategic, Sales Reps, and Regional Managers to expand coverage and promote new products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong proficiency with SFDC and MS Office. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Ability to travel to customer locations within the territory up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to adapt methods to solve problems.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic distribution plans.
• Acting as the primary contact for assigned distributors and ensuring coverage alignment.
• Coordinating with Strategic, Sales Reps, and Regional Sales Accounts Managers.
• Providing insights on distribution inventory to support customers.
• Training and support for customer events.
• Maintaining cohesive pricing strategies and distributor agreements.
• Communicating efforts to key stakeholders using SFDC tools.
